🚚 SHIPPING POLICY – THE BASICS
At Max & Lucy Co., each order is made to order — we do not hold inventory. All products are printed and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful, which allows us to deliver high-quality, custom-made items to dog lovers everywhere.
Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once fulfilled, orders are shipped directly from the nearest available fulfillment center to minimize delivery time.
Shipping Time:

U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

International Orders: Delivery can take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and destination.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary based on order volume, postal delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
📦 SHIPPING COSTS & OPTIONS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on our website or during checkout.
If you place multiple items in one order, they may be shipped separately depending on production location and availability. You will not incur additional charges for split shipments.
🐾 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@maxandlucyco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to either resend the item or issue a replacement.
Max & Lucy Co. is not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located by the recipient. Please verify the shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.

We proudly ship worldwide! However, please be aware that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their local authorities.
